12/7/25 Deputy Colaw assisted a motorist on Warm Springs Mountain

12/7/25 Deputy Colaw performed a traffic stop on Sam Snead Hwy

12/8/25 Deputy Colaw checked on a suspicious vehicle on Sam Snead Hwy

12/8/25 Lt. Grimm assisted the Virginia State Police with a motor vehicle accident on Mountain Valley Rd

12/9/25 Deputy O Conner performed a traffic stop on Sam Snead Hwy

12/9/25 Sgt Smith transported an inmate to Alleghany Regional Jail from Middle River Regional Jail

12/9/25 Deputy Miller checked on a residential burglar alarm at a Warm Springs Residence

12/9/25 Deputy Miller responded to a trespass call at a Warm Springs residence

12/9/25 Sheriff Plecker checked on a suspicious vehicle on Switzerland Trail

12/9/25 Deputy Harlow performed a traffic stop on Sam Snead Hwy

12/10/25 Deputy T. Plecker transported inmates from Alleghany Regional Jail to Bath County Courts

12/10/25 Deputy O Conner checked on a suspicious vehicle on Jackson River Turnpike

12/10/25 Lt. Grimm, Deputy Bryan IV and Deputy T. Plecker checked on a suspicious person on Sam Snead Hwy

12/11/25 Deputy McRoberts and Deputy O Conner assisted with a medical call at a Hot Springs residence

12/11/25 Deputy O’Conner arrested Darrell Newman Scott, Jr. for assault.

12/11/25 Deputy McRoberts checked on a panic alarm at the Courthouse

12/11/25 Deputy O Conner performed a traffic stop on Sam Snead Hwy

12/12/25 Sgt. Smith and the Virginia State Police responded to McGraw Gap Rd to assist a motorist

12/12/25 Deputy Harlow and Deputy Miller performed a traffic stop on Sam Snead Hwy. K9 Roxy was utilized with a positive alert. Deputy Harlow arrested Leroy Meadows. Meadows was charged with DUI -2 nd offense with 5-10 years, drive revoked, possession of schedule I or II drug, possession of ammunition by convicted felon. Meadows was also issued summons for possession of marijuana greater than one ounce and defective exhaust.
Dep. Harlow transported Meadows to the Alleghany Regional Jail.

12/13/25 Sgt. Smith unlocked a vehicle at a Hot Springs residence

12/13/25 Deputy Harlow performed traffic stops on Mountain Valley Rd and Sam Snead Hwy

Bath County Sheriff’s Office emergency communications officers answered 254 incoming calls and made 82 outbound calls.
