LOW MOOR, Va. (VR) — Due to a cold weather advisory and dangerously cold wind chills, Alleghany Highlands Public Schools will operate on a two-hour delay on Monday, December 15.
The delay is being implemented to support the safety and well-being of students and staff during morning travel and bus routes.
