AHPS to Close November 11 for Veterans Day

LOW MOOR, Va. (VR) — Alleghany Highlands Public Schools will be closed on Tuesday, November 11, in observance of Veterans Day. The closure includes all AHPS schools and offices.

The observance aligns with the 2025-2026 academic calendar approved by the Alleghany Highlands School Board.

Classes and regular operations will resume on Wednesday, November 12.
