COVINGTON, Va. (VR) – Jeter-Watson Elementary Cougar Cubs for the week ended Oct. 10 were celebrated for showing outstanding character. Jeter-Watson students were joined by Alleghany High School football players Kirby Brown and Jayvon Myers, who read with the students and served as role models.
