COVINGTON, Va, (VR) – In a community where convenience and quality are often hard to find in one package, Simply Flawless Services has emerged as a standout provider of cleaning and detailing solutions for homes, businesses, and automobiles.

Founded nearly three years ago by Lee Archer and his wife, Veronica, the business has quickly built a reputation for reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to meeting the evolving needs of its customers. Simply Flawless Services operates as an umbrella company, offering a range of services through its two main divisions: Simply Flawless Professional Cleaning and Simply Flawless Detail Garage.

“We provide cleaning services for your home, your business, and automobiles. It’s a one-stop shop,” said Lee, who manages the auto detailing side of the business, while Veronica leads the professional cleaning division.

The company’s offerings include routine house cleaning, commercial cleaning, window cleaning, and comprehensive auto detailing. A recent addition to their lineup is an express hand wash and vacuum service, designed to provide quick, high-quality results at a standard price.

“Pricing is based on the vehicle and condition for the auto detailing, but we also have an express service that is new to the area,” Archer explained.

For cleaning services, the company provides free estimates and customizes pricing based on the specific needs of each property. What sets Simply Flawless Services apart is its focus on convenience and customer responsiveness.

The business was born from a simple idea and a $500 investment, but it has grown by listening closely to the community.

“We saw the lack of convenient cleaning services in the community and decided to fill that need,” Archer said.

As customers began requesting additional services such as house cleaning and window cleaning, the Archers expanded their offerings to meet those demands.

“We just listened to the community. The community would ask, since you did such a great job detailing our vehicles, do you know of anyone that cleans houses? My wife took a stab at it, and we launched that side of the business,” Archer recalled. “Same thing again. People asked, ‘Who gets your windows clean?’ We couldn’t find any referrals in the local area, so we decided to offer the service.”

The company’s slogan, “Providing convenience to the community,” reflects its mission to deliver comprehensive solutions under one roof.

“There are other providers of the same services in the community, but in our opinion, there’s no other company or entity that provides all of this in a convenient package,” Archer said.

Scheduling with Simply Flawless Services is designed to be as flexible as possible. For most projects, a week’s notice is recommended, though the company is working to reduce lead times, especially for auto detailing.

“We’re having a drive-up service for new appointments, and on the cleaning side, we’re typically a one-week lead time for any regular-sized projects,” Archer said.

The business is also proud of its identity, as Archer put it, “We are a Black-owned and operated company led by outgoing young professionals trying to make a difference in our community. I don’t think there’s very many young-owned businesses in our area that are operating all year round. I think we need to see more of that.”

Simply Flawless Services employs a team on both sides of the business, ensuring that each job is handled with care and expertise.

For more information or to request a quote, customers can visit the company’s website at sfsefficient.com or call by phone at 540-737-8001.

As Simply Flawless Services approaches its third anniversary, the Archers remain committed to their founding principles: listening to the community, providing top-notch service, and making life a little easier for their neighbors in Covington and beyond.
