COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State has three of the top players to watch in the Big Ten Conference for 2025 as senior LB Sonny Styles, junior SAF Caleb Downs and sophomore WR Jeremiah Smith were each chosen to the Big Ten’s Preseason Honors team.
A total of 15 players from seven different teams were selected by a vote of Big Ten media voters and an additional select group of voters, including representatives from the Big Ten Network. Smith was the only unanimous choice. Ohio State and Penn State led the way with three players apiece. Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, and Oregon also had players represented and honored.
