To the Editor:

Earlier this year, I was officially named the Covington Postmaster, a position I am honored to hold. My goal is to ensure that customers of the Covington Post Office receive the best possible service whether it’s mail and package delivery or retail services.

The U.S. Postal Service has a long-standing tradition of connecting people—through letters, packages, and reliable service. I am committed to upholding that tradition while working to enhance the customer experience in every way possible.

Under the ambitious Delivering for America (DFA) plan, the Postal Service continues to modernize operations to better serve our customers. We are becoming more financially sustainable, investing in our processing and delivery network, strengthening our workforce and ultimately providing service excellence to our customers. An overview of the DFA plan can be found at www.usps.com for those interested in learning how the plan is setting up
the Postal Service for long-term success.

Whether it’s ensuring timely deliveries, improving our retail services, answering your questions about postal products and services, my goal is to make our post office a place of trust and support for everyone.

I am humbled to be part of a great postal team at the Covington Post Office, and proud to serve this community as the Postmaster

Sincerely,

Jenny Jack
