Alleghany County Sheriff’s Office and Covington Police Team Up with Christmas Mother Ingrid Barber to Distribute Holiday Gifts

COVINGTON, Va. (VR) – The Alleghany County Sheriff’s Office and Covington Police Department assisted the Alleghany Highlands Christmas Mother (Ingrid Barber) and her staff with the distribution of gifts that were provided by the program.  Mrs. Barber was very happy with the assistance that was provided by the officers and deputies. Chief Smith and Sheriff Moore stated that they were happy to be able to offer help to those that need help during this time of year.
