November 16, 2024 Deputy T. Harlow arrested Jeremy Justin Bursey on two misdemeanor
warrants out of Botetourt County for stalking: reasonable fear of
death/assault/etc. He was transported to Alleghany Regional Jail.
November 16, 2024 Sergeant C. Smith and Deputy T. Harlow responded to a couple different
locations in the county to look for a missing male out of Alleghany County.
Bath County Sheriff’s Office emergency communications officers
answered 302 incoming calls and made 153 outbound calls during this time period.
