Baylee Peters is Miss AHS for 2024 and Eli Weese is Mr. AHS. The two seniors were bestowed the honors on Wednesday, May 15, during the AHS Class of 2024’s Senior Awards Night. Bailey and Eli received $250 memorial scholarships that were established in honor of the late Dontae Miller. Dontae, the 2023 Mr. AHS, died in an automobile accident last September. He was 18. Seniors were nominated for Mr. and Miss AHS by the school’s faculty and staff. The winners were chosen by a panel of judges from the Highlands community. (AHPS Photo)
