The Medical Examiner’s Office has released the identification of the human remains discovered in the crawlspace of a residence in the 400 block of East Kline Street, in the City of Covington, Va.
The remains were identified as Jeremiah Lee Barr, 43, of Covington, Va. Barr has been the focus of a missing person investigation which began in late November 2023.
Barr’s death is not being considered as suspicious in nature.
