Over the past weekend, the town of Iron Gate had originally scheduled its annual Christmas parade for the 9th of December. However, due to unexpected weather, the parade was rescheduled for this Saturday, December 16th at 11 a.m., with the lineup scheduled for 10:00 a.m.
According to Colonel Chris Fisher, the reason for the earlier parade time was due to working around Bath County’s previously scheduled parade on the same day at 2 p.m. “We just want to make sure that everyone who’s driving over to Bath County’s parade has plenty of time to arrive there safely,” Fisher said.
