To our community:

The Town Halls announced last week are confirmed as to dates and locations for the months of July, August & September. The October meeting in Hot Springs still has not confirmed the place of the meeting. We will keep you apprised of all changes and updates over the next months. Remember that all are welcome at each meeting, regardless of the Town Hall location for a given month. We are conducting these meetings in four locations for the convenience of the residents of that region within Bath County.

Meeting times and dates:

July 10th, 6:00 p.m. @ Fairview Community Center (Route 39 & 629 intersection)

August 7th, 6:00 p.m. @ Warm Springs Presbyterian Church (Behind Jefferson Pools)

September 11th, 6:00 p.m. @ Burnsville Community Center

October 9th, 6:00 p.m. @ Hot Springs Presbyterian (tentatively scheduled site)

Again, all are welcome at each event.

We encourage the Board of Supervisors to come as private citizens and listen to their fellow citizens’ concerns without the filtering which occurs at a formal setting.

To best utilize the scheduled meeting time (90 minutes), we ask that you would submit via email your

agenda items, those items you wish to discuss or bring to the communities’ attention, before the meeting dates. This will allow us time to conduct research specific to that concern, so that context for the item might be established.

The agenda for the first, July 10th, meeting will be published this Friday, June 23, 2023.

Best Regards & look forward to seeing you at the meetings.
