Having shot to death Christopher Broughman on Aug. 5, 2021, Jerimiah Christian Bradshaw of Covington has received a 10-year prison sentence with five years suspended.

The altercation that led to the shooting occurred at Bradshaw’s home in Craig County, and Bradshaw pleaded guilty to the charge of voluntary manslaughter.

Sentencing took place on July 25, 2022, following the grand jury’s indictment that took place on Sept. 13, 2021.
