A grief support session sponsored by Mountain Regional Hospice will be held on Tuesday, January 25, at 6 p.m. in the meeting room of the Family Life Center of First Christian Church, Covington.
Bill Gilliland, hospice chaplain and grief counselor, will facilitate the session which is open to anyone going through the grief journey. Part of the discussion will be taken from suggestions on “Embrace the Uniqueness of Your Grief” by Dr. Alan Wolfelt, grief counselor and educator, in his book “Understanding Your Grief.”
The Family Life Center is located at 231 E. Fudge St. with plenty of parking in the rear.
