Covington is offering a 12-month payment plan for customers with delinquent utility accounts.
Beginning Nov. 1, the city will resume utility cutoffs on delinquent accounts without a repayment plan.
Applications establishing a repayment plan are available at city hall in the front vestibule and at the treasurer’s office. Applications are also available online at covington.va.us. Customers may also have the application mailed or emailed to them by calling 965-6314.
Repayment plan applications will be accepted until Oct. 25.
