HOT SPRINGS – The Bath County Christmas Mother program distributed gifts and food baskets to 140 families on Wednesday.
In January, these families will also receive fuel assistance after all monetary donations have been received.
Fuel costs are an extreme burden on families with low income; therefore, monetary donations to support the fuel assistance program are still being accepted and encouraged, according to 2011 Bath County Christmas Mother Angie Keyser.
