Extreme Couponing Seminar Held At Dolly Ann Apartments

Community Housing Partners hosted an Extreme Couponing seminar March 19 at Dolly Ann Apartments in Covington.

The seminar was designed to help residents get the most savings when using coupons and sale ads.
