Angelique Mineiro, a member of the Alleghany Highlands YMCA, took home first place in Female Teen 165-class at the Richmond Open April 14.
At the powerlifting meet she finished the day with a 200-pound dead lift, 90-pound bench press and a 135-pound squat.
