Hi, I am Mopsey, and I am the Pet of the Week at the Alleghany Humane Society.
I am a very sweet fella with a great personality. I am friendly with most other dogs and look quite handsome with my grooming job.
I am up to date with my vaccines and would like a home with plenty of love and affection.
My adoption feel is very small and the rewards of having me as your companion are very large! Please come by and take me home.
I also have many, many many furry friends down here that are still waiting for their forever homes. Some of them are large, some are small, some playful and some are just quite lazy. I’m sure one of us will please you.
The shelter is open Monday through Saturday from noon to 4 p.m. and other times by appointment. The number to call is 862-2436.
Also, if you are in need of a feline friend, we have a ton of those as well. We all deserve a chance at a loving, forever home. Also, our shelter is always in need of donations, food, pet toys, cat litter, newspapers, and especially volunteers.
