Following is a partial list of indictments returned Monday by an Alleghany County Circuit Court grand jury.

Kevin Wayne Tingler, Covington. Grand larceny. Date of alleged offense: March 17, 2010.

James Franklin Robinson, Clifton Forge. Aggravated sexual battery. Date of alleged offense: March 13, 2010.

Gregory Scott Nicely, Clifton Forge. Driving on a revoked license after being declared an habitual offender by the court. Date of alleged offense: April 5, 2010.

Jessica Nichole Blankenship, Covington. False statement on censent form regarding transfer of firearm. Date of alleged offense: Jan. 25, 2010.

Andrew Shane Blankenship, Ballard, W.Va. Driving under the influence-third offense and driving on a revoked license. Date of alleged offenses: March 25, 2010.

Arianne Elayne Camphire, Dillwyn. Precription fraud. Date of alleged offense: April 16, 2010.

Gregory Robbins Jr., Axton. Malicious wounding. Date of alleged offense: March 27, 2010.

Kenneth Robert Phillips Jr., Covington. Grand larceny. Date of alleged offense: April 17, 2010.

Scottie Forbes, Covington. Felony assault and battery. Date of alleged offense: April 18, 2010.

Brian Keith Jamison, Covington. Assault and battery. Date of alleged offense: April 10, 2010.

Theodore C. Miller, Clifton Forge. Indecent liberties with child under the age of 15 (eight counts). Dates of alleged offenses: Feb. 21, 2010; March 21, 2010.

Christopher Scott Skidmore, Covington. Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Date of alleged offense: Feb. 4, 2010.
Sarah Ashley Lemons, Covington. Possession of controlled Schedule I or II drug. Date of alleged offense: April 28, 2010.

Joseph Damian Akers, Covington. Assault and battery of a family member or household member (third offense). Date of alleged offense: Jan. 5, 2010.

Courtney L. Crenshaw, Newport News. Possession of Schedule I or II drug, resisting arrest. Date of alleged offenses: March 4, 2010.

Eric Matthew Banker, Covington. Burglary. Date of alleged offense, destruction of property. Date of alleged offenses: June 10, 2010.

Neil Jeffrey Horn, Covington. Burglary. Date of alleged offense: May 6, 2010.

Lorie Michelle Hill, Eagle Rock Embezzlement by a public officer. Date of alleged offense: Aug. 1, 2009.
