Elnora Curtis Fertig, 89, of 2019 Dressler Dr., died this morning, Monday, June 14, 2010, at her residence.
Mrs. Fertig was born June 8, 1921,in Covington, a daughter of the late Edgar Lee Curtis and Anna May Brown Curtis.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Phyllis Humphrey, and a brother, Edgar L. Curtis Jr.
She worked at MeadWestvaco in the pulp control lab.
Surviving is a sister-in-law, Zernie Gunn of Clifton Forge; and a number of nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be conducted Wednesday afternoon at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Arritt Funeral Home.
Entombment will be at Alleghany Memorial Park Mausoleum.
Friends may pay respects any time at Arritt Funeral Home.
The family will be receive friends fat the funeral home Wednesday from 1 p.m. until the service time.
