Beulah Sandra Vipperman Smith, 62, of Gaston, N.C., died Sunday, May 23, 2010.
She was born September 2, 1947 in East Rainelle, W.Va., a daughter of Leard Jack Vipperman and Lissie Jane Perdue Vipperman Tucker, and was the last of 10 children.
Mrs. Smith was a cashier for 10 years at the Home Depot in Gaston, N.C.
Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Nick Smith and his wife, Martha of Dallas, N.C.; three daughters, April Smith of Dallas, N.C., Karen Boggau and her husband, Jerry of Gastonia, N.C., and Shawn Ramsey of Lakewood , Ohio; a stepson, Fred Ramsey of Cleveland, Ohio; 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 5:30 p.m. Thursday in Lone Star Cemetery with the Rev. Cassie Gaines officiating.
The family will receive their friends Thursday afternoon from 3:30 p.m. until service time at Arritt Funeral Home.
