The Bath County Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony Thursday at Bath County Coin Laundry, located at 5155 Sam Snead Highway in Ashwood.
The new business, owned and operated by Rolf and Leslie Brunner, opened at the beginning of October.
Hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily until through the end of October.
Beginning November 1, daily hours will be 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Laundry drop-off is available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The business also offers alterations by appointment, and dry cleaning drop-off and pick-up.
Following Thursday’s ribbon cutting, a Third Thursday event was held at the new business.
Door prizes given away at the event were won by Crystal Salvatore of Warm Springs Market and Richard King of King’s Victorian Inn.
