Walk A Mile Event Is This Sunday

Safehome Systems, Inc., a local agency which helps victims of domestic violence and sexual assault, will sponsor its eighth annual Walk A Mile in their Shoes event Sunday from 1-3 at Jackson River Sport Complex in Covington.

In addition to the walk, the event will include goody bags for kids, food, games and prizes. For more information on the event, call 965-3237.
