ALLEGHANY COUNTY
ELEMENTARY
MIDDLE SCHOOLS
Monday: Breakfast — Juice, fruit, cereal, toast or biscuit with sausage.

Lunch — Entree choices, choose 1: Mini corn dogs or cheeseburger on bun. Vegetable choices: French fries, seasoned broccoli, pinto beans, baby carrots with low fat dip, fruit choice.

Tuesday: Breakfast — Juice, fruit, cereal, toast or biscuit with breakfast chicken.

Lunch — Entree choices, choose 1: Sliced turkey with roll and dressing or barbecue rib on bun. Vegetable choices: Creamed potatoes with gravy, seasoned green beans, macaroni and cheese, fruit choice.

Wednesday — Friday: No School, Thanksgiving Holiday.

Choice of 1 percent white and non-fat chocolate milk is offered with breakfast and lunch. Pizza is offered daily as an entree item at the Middle School and chef salads are offered daily at the middle and all elementary schools as an entree item.

SCHOOL

Lunch — Entree choices, choose 1: Mini corn dogs, pepperoni pizza, chicken patty on bun, cheeseburger on bun. Vegetable choices: French fries, seasoned steamed broccoli, pinto beans, fruit choice.

Tuesday: Breakfast — Juice, fruit, cereal, toast or biscuit with breakfast chicken.

Lunch  — Entree choices, choose 1: Turkey with roll, dressing, pepperoni pizza.

Vegetable choices: Creamed potatoes with gravy, seasoned green beans, macaroni and cheese, baby carrots with low fat dip, fruit choice.

Wednesday — Friday: No School, Thanksgiving Holiday.

Choice of 1 percent white and non-fat chocolate milk is offered with breakfast and lunch. Salad bar is offered daily as an entree item. Lettuce and tomato are offered when sandwiches are menued.

BATH COUNTY
SCHOOLS
Monday — Friday: No School, Fall Break And Thanksgiving Holiday.

COVINGTON
 SCHOOLS
Monday: Breakfast  — Chilled juice, cereal, toast, sausage biscuit, milk.

Lunch — Chicken patty on bun, sweet potato fries, navy beans, mixed fruit, milk.

Tuesday: Breakfast — Chilled juice, cereal, toast, breakfast pizza, milk.

Lunch — Turkey, dressing, gravy, creamed potatoes, green beans or green peas, rolls, mandarin oranges, milk.

Wednesday: Breakfast — Chilled juice, cereal, toast, scrambled eggs, milk.
Lunch — Pepperoni pizza, Romaine salad with dressing, corn, applesauce, milk.

EARLY RELEASE WEDNESDAY.

Thursday — Friday: No School, Thanksgiving Holiday.

Additional menu items are offered at Covington High School and Jeter-Watson Intermediate: Romaine salad with dressing, sandwiches, yogurt. Choice of milk, 1 percent white and fat free flavored.
