Ribbon Cutting Held At Huckabee’s

The Alleghany Highlands Chamber of Commerce and Tourism hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony Friday morning at Huckabee’s Open Market and Café, located at 520 Market Ave. in Iron Gate.

The establishment houses several different shops, including Kenzy’s Klozet Boutique, Lisa’s Primitive Blesssings, General Store Antiques, Sunny Day Tanning, Jolly Java Coffee Shop, Market Street Deli, Hershey’s Ice Cream, as well as Willow Tree and Open Market Gifts.

Items sold include food, clothing, antiques, primitive décor and re-purposed furniture. Huckabee’s is owned and operated by Betsy Franklin.

Hours of operation are Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
