Ms. Tina McCutchen Campbell and Mr. David Lewis Carter are happy to announce their engagement and forthcoming marraige.
Ms. Campbell is the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. James R. McCutchen.
She is a graduate of Dabney S. Lancaster Community College and is currently employed by MeadWestvaco.
Mr. Carter is the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Harold L. Carter.
He is a graduate of Dabney S. Lancaster Community College and Radford University.
He is currently employed by the Clifton Forge Police Department.
The wedding is scheduled to take place at 3 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 6, 2014 at the Clifton Forge Baptist Church.
