‘Band-Aids’ At Callaghan Elementary

Cpl. Chris Fisher of the Alleghany County Sheriff’s Office, DARE instructor for Alleghany County Schools, visited Kim Adams’ junior kindergarten students at Callaghan Elementary School September 30.

Cpl. Fisher read a poem entitled “Band-Aids” by Shel Silverstein. Following the poem, Cpl. Fisher allowed the students to put Band-Aids on him.
