Associates and management of the Covington Walmart store participated in the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge September 12.
Participants were doused with ice water to help raise over $250 for Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, more commonly known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease.
D.D. Kerns provided a front end loader and the ice for the challenge.
Participants included Sandra Maydian, store manager; James McElwee, assistant manager; John May, Karen Kelly, Connie Gunter, Doreen Alt, Linda Brookman, Cathy Crawford, Tim Siron, Dawn Coleman, Hector Cepeda Ramos, Brenda Harrison, Sabrina Thacker and Misty Scaggs.
