The Alleghany County Governmental Complex, located at 9212 Winterberry Avenue, will be closed on Wednesday, Dec. 24 and Thursday, Dec. 25, for the observance of Christmas.
The offices will reopen for business, Friday, Dec. 26.
The Alleghany County Governmental Complex will also be closed Wednesday, Dec. 31 and Thursday, Jan. 1, for the observance of New Year’s.
The office will reopen for business, Friday, Jan. 2.
The Island Ford Transfer Station also announces their holiday schedule and it is as follows:
—Wednesday, Dec. 24: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.;
—Thursday, Dec. 25:Closed;
—Wednesday, Dec. 31: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.;
—Thursday, Jan. 1: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
