Thelma McClung

Thelma Louise McClung, 90, of Rupert, passed away Friday, December 19, 2014, at her home.
Born February 22, 1924 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late John and Texas Bennett Smailes.

Thelma was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. 
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Neal McClung; and her son Roger McClung.
Survivors include 3 sons Doug and wife Charlotte of Grassy Meadows, Tom and wife Sue of Statesville, NC and Jeffrey of Rupert; 3 daughters Carol Adkins, Linda Baldwin and husband James, all of Covington, VA and Cathy Morrello and husband Dusty of Rupert; 15 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
There will be no service at this time.
