Mental Health Support Group To Hold December Meeting

The Alleghany Mental Health Support Group will hold their December meeting Tuesday, Dec. 16 at 6:30 p.m.

The focus of December’s meeting will be, “Mental Illness: Coping with the Holidays.”

The meeting’s facilitator will be the Rev. Susan Gregg-Schroeder, coordinator of
www.mentalhealthministries.net.

Gregg-Schroeder’s tips are designed to address people with a diagnosis, their families, and communities of faith.

Discussion and optional family support groups will folow.

Meetings take place at the Life Skills Center located at 550 Pine Street at Jefferson Ave., Clifton Forge.
