SPRINGWOOD — Alleghany put four players in double figures Monday night in a 69-37 win over James River.
Rachel Hepler had 13 for the Mounties, Elaina Fridley scored 11, while Savannah Beard and Murray McClung both had 10.
Alleghany (2-2 BRD, 9-4 overall) goes to William Byrd Friday.
The AHS JV’s won a 49-24 preliminary game.
Allison Fox had 15 points and eight rebounds, Kaleigh Entsminger added 11 points, Catherine Davis scored seven, Haley Hansford had six, Shantae Petty scored four, while Kelly Rock, Abby Newton and Cassie Osborne all had two.
