Theodore W. Roland, of CHA companies announces impacted areas due to the water line upgrade will be:
— East Fudge Street, eastbound, between Highland and Monroe Avenue will be closed (Dec. 8 to Dec. 11);
— East Fudge Street between Highland and South Lawn Avenue will be open with possible delays (Dec. 11 to Dec. 12.)
