Hunter for the Hungry recently delivered 1,200 pounds of venison which will be distributed to food banks in the Alleghany Highlands.
Venison was delivered to the COPE Food Bank, located at McAllister Memorial Presbyterian Church; the South Covington United Methodist Food Pantry and the Clifton Forge Area Food Pantry.
