Charles Leslie “Chick” Bowen, 75, of 5401 Big Ridge Road died Friday, March 16, 2018, at his home.
Mr. Bowen was born February 7, 1943, in Alleghany County a son of the late Zella Louise Bowen.
In addition to his Mother, he was preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters.
He was a veteran of the Vietnam War.
Surviving are his life partner of 53 years, Sonja Taylor, of Covington; his Son, Charles L. Bowen, and his Wife, Billy, of Chesterfield; three grandchildren, Taylor Bowen, Sage Bowen and Sebastian Bowen all of Chesterfield and a number of nieces and nephews.
In accordance with his wishes, his body has been cremated.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
