Mrs. Joy Shaffer Oeffner, 91, of Covington, formerly of Huntingdon, PA, passed away Friday evening, September 29, 2017, at her residence. 
A private graveside funeral service will be held at the convenience of the family in Huntingdon, PA with Pastor Ann Foor officiating. 

Interment will follow in Riverview Cemetery, Huntingdon.
