William Robert “Bobby” Webber, age 78, of Salem, Virginia and formerly of Low Moor, gained his wings on Monday, November 6, 2017 at Lewis Gale Medical Center in Salem.
A memorial service will be on Sunday, December 10, 2017 at 2:00 PM in Salem Presbyterian Church, 41 E. Main Street, Salem, Virginia.
