Judith Marion “Penny” Hyler, 52, of Covington went to be with her Heavenly Father on Monday, December 18, 2017, at 5:07 AM.
She was born April 19, 1965, in Alleghany County, a daughter of the late Lynn Francis and Judith Marion Teaford –Hyler.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Kristie Leigh Burns.
Penny was employed as Stocker at Wal-Mart. Everyone that came across her beautiful path in this life loved her.
Surviving are her Fiancé, William Pullin of Covington; three children, Dwayne Allen Burns and his wife, Amy, Rebecca Burns and Fiancé, Jonathan Tucker,and Alicia Burns and Fiance, Holly Black, all of Covington; eight grandchildren, Tammy Irvine; Shckeria Burns; Ashton Burns, Judith Gravley; James Gravley; Remington Burns; Laney Burns and Eliana Black; three sisters, Frances Dodd and Kathy Loan and husband Thomas Loan, all of Iron Gate, and Martha Rutter of Covington; two brothers, Dwayne Hyler and wife, Bonnie, of Covington and Gerald Hyler and wife, Tressa, of Clifton Forge and a number of nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held Thursday, December 21, 2017, at 1:00 PM graveside in Mountain View Cemetery.
The family will receive their friends Thursday from 11:30 AM until 12:30 PM at Arritt Funeral Home.
