Mrs. Margaret Mitchell Sizemore, age 60, of Covington went to her heavenly home, Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at her home surrounded by her family. She was the wife of William H. Sizemore Jr. 

Mrs. Sizemore was born April 4, 1958 in Prince Edward County, VA, the daughter of John Marvin and Mary Rose Mitchell.

Mrs. Sizemore, previously from Singer, LA., was a resident of Covington since 1989.

She was a school teacher in the Alleghany County School System for 24 years. Mrs. Sizemore was a member of Life Line Ministries in Hot Springs and her unwavering trust in the Lord, supplied her with strength during the past year. 

Margaret loved a good sale and shopping with the girls but loved to go fishing with the boys as well. Her grandchildren and great grandchildren were the center of her world. 

In addition to her parents and her husband, Mrs. Sizemore is survived by her four sons, William Colton Sizemore and fiancé, Briana of Covington, Matthew Thomas Sizemore and wife, Jackie of Clifton Forge, Marc Whitney Sizemore and wife, Nitalia of Covington and Charles Albert Page and wife, Laura of Chattanooga TN; three daughters, Melissa Laurel Page of Roanoke, Sara Royer and husband Zach of Hot Springs, and Charti Lea Sizemore of Covington; one brother, John Marvin “Pete” Mitchell, Jr. and wife, Pat of Singer,LA; one sister, Sandy Smith and husband, Kennis of Singer, LA; nine grandchildren, Brittany Southall, Chynna Southall, Jaeden Riddick, Sophie Riddick, Josie Bowen, Anita Morris, Matthew Sizemore Jr., Arianna Sizemore, and Dillan Royer; and two great grandchildren, Laci Perdue, and Luna Morris. 

A Celebration of Life will be conducted at 6:00 P.M. Sunday, August 5, 2018, at Life Line Ministries in Hot Springs with Pastor Zach Royer officiating.

The family will receive friends after the service.

The family suggests that memorial tributes take the form of contributions to Life Line Ministries, 136 Fairview Lane, P.O. Box 1014, Hot Springs, VA 3 24445.
