SPRINGWOOD — Covington wrestled in the Knights Invitational Saturday at James River High School.
Tristan Hall was 4-0 on the day to lead the Cougars, George Young went 3-1 and both Brandon Motter and Blaine Pettitt were 2-2.
Covington, who has just six varsity wrestlers, lost duals to Floyd County (48-24), Parry McCluer (42-18), Dan River (50-12) and James River (66-18).
The Cougars will wrestle in the Alleghany Duals on Saturday.
