BUENA VISTA — Covington opened their wrestling season Friday and Saturday, participating in the Shumaker Classic at Parry McCluer High School.
All six Cougars picked up multiple wins in the tournament.
Tristan Hall led CHS with a 4-1 record.
Brandon Motter (4-3), Hunter Tallman (4-3), Kent Bullock (3-2), Blaine Pettitt (3-3) and George Young (2-3) also wrestled for the Cougars.
Covington will participate in the Titan Toughman Friday and Saturday at Hidden Valley High School.
