Covington City Council will meet for its February work session Tuesday, Feb. 5, at 6:30 p.m. in Council Chambers of Covington City Hall, 333 W. Locust Street.
The lone item on the agenda is Covington Division of Police Chief Anthony Morgan and Dwaine Paxton presenting an EMS operational update.
The following items will be voted to be placed on the agenda for the regular meeting to be held Tuesday, Feb. 12:
— Dr. Paul Linkenhoker regarding the industrial revitalization fund;
— To consider adoption of the Emergency Operations Plan;
— To consider request of Covington School Board appropriation of $45,911;
— To consider Appropriation Resolution R-19-11 regarding E-911 CAD/RMS software in the amount of $50,000;
— To consider Appropriation Resolution R-19-12 for Next Generation 911 software Part 2-AT&T ESInet Solution Participation Agreement;
— To consider ordinance regading IDA;
— To hold a closed session pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act Sec. 2.2-3711 (A)(3) regarding real property/real estate.
