The Alleghany Retired Teachers’ Association will meet Tuesday, March 5, at Epworth United Methodist Church, Selma, in the Fellowship Hall at 10:45 a.m.
Lunch will be served at a cost of $5.50 per person.
Guests for the meeting will be Sen. Creigh Deeds and scholarship recipients.
The service project for March is to collect food for the local food pantries.
Members are reminded to bring these items to the meeting and also your volunteer hours record sheet.
All retired school personnel (teachers, principals, secretaries, custodians, bus drivers, cafeteria workers, etc.) are invited to attend.
