COVINGTON, Va (VR) – Covington Middle Girls soccer, shut out Radford 6-0, powered by a balanced scoring attack and a dominant defensive effort.

Ashtyn Crawford and Claire McGraw each scored twice, while Emeri Brown added two goals to complete the scoring. The Cougars controlled the pace throughout and capitalized on their chances.

In goal, Marley Aragones recorded five saves to secure the clean sheet.

The Cougars flipped the result from last season, avenging a previous loss with a complete, high-effort performance from start to finish.
