Cougars Shine at Wilson Memorial, Sweep Two Duals

FISHERSVILLE, Va. (VR) – Covington Middle School picked up two dual meet victories Thursday at Wilson Memorial, defeating Maury River 55-15 and the host Green Hornets 46-30.

The Cougars dominated both matches, winning the majority of bouts and using strong performances across the lineup to improve to 9-3 in duals this season.

Mason LaPrade, Zack Craft, Luka Nadisharvilli, Aidric Meadows, Aiden Peters, Elias Taylor, Alyx Stevens and Jasper Mines all went 2-0 for Covington Middle, helping power the team to both wins.
