October 26, 2025 Deputy R. Miller responded to Thomastown Road to assist Hot Springs Rescue Squad with a medical call.

October 26, 2025 Deputy R. Miller transported a subject to Catawba Hospital on a temporary detention order.

October 26, 2025 Deputy J. Bryan IV responded to Rosies Hunting Camp Road for a domestic dispute.

October 26, 2025 Deputy C. Altizer responded to a chimney fire on Peery Hollow Road.

October 26, 2025 Deputy J. Bryan IV responded to an accident involving a deer on Mountain Valley Road in Millboro.

October 27, 2025 Lieutenant J. Grimm conducted traffic control on Sam Snead Highway for a tree to be cut and removed out of the roadway.

October 27, 2025 Lieutenant J. Grimm responded to an animal control call Main Street in Hot Springs.

October 27, 2025 Deputy T. Harlow conducted a traffic stop in the Warm Springs area.

October 27, 2025 Deputy T. Harlow responded to a motor vehicle crash on Sam Snead Highway in Hot Springs.

October 27, 2025 Sergeant C. Smith responded to Chimney Run Road to unlock a vehicle for a citizen.

October 27, 2025 Lieutenant J. Grimm responded to Wallawhatoola Road to assist Millboro Rescue Squad with a medical call.

October 27, 2025 Deputy T. Harlow conducted a traffic stop in the Hot Springs area. Deputy D. Smith responded to assist Harlow.

October 31, 2025 Deputy M. Colaw responded to a tree in the roadway on Warm Springs Mountain.

October 31, 2025 Deputy D. Smith responded to Jackson River Road for a suspicious person. After arriving on scene Deputy D. Smith transported a subject to Bath County Community Hospital on a paperless emergency custody order. Sheriff Plecker responded to Bath County Community Hospital to
assist Smith with the ECO. Deputy T. Harlow and Deputy N. Sweitzer transported the subject to Twin County Hospital in Galax, VA.

October 31, 2025 Lieutenant J. Grimm transported Kristopher Marshall and Kayla Pritt from Middle River Regional Jail to Alleghany Regional Jail.

October 31, 2025 Major J. Bryan III responded to a suspicious vehicle in the Piggery in Hot Springs.

October 31, 2025 Lieutenant J. Grimm responded to an animal control call on Mcgraw Gap Road.

October 31, 2025 Deputy D. Smith responded to an animal control call on Kenwood Road.

October 31, 2025 Sergeant C. Smith and Deputy T. Harlow responded to report of gunshots in the Bacova area.

November 1, 2025 Deputy T. Harlow checked on a suspicious vehicle in the Hot Springs area. November 1, 2025 Sergeant C. Smith responded to the Cedar Creek Trailer Park for a 911 hangup call.

November 1, 2025 Sergeant C. Smith responded to Klondike drive to assist Bath County Community Hospital Transport Team on a medical call.

November 1, 2025 Deputy D. Smith responded to Klondike Drive for report of gunshots.

November 1, 2025 Deputy D. Smith responded to The Homestead Resort for an animal control call.

November 1, 2025 Deputy D. Smith responded to Klondike Drive to assist Hot Springs Rescue
Squad with a medical call. Smith transported patient to the hospital.

November 1, 2025 Deputy D. Smith transported a citizen back home from the Hospital.

November 1, 2025 Deputy T. Harlow conducted a traffic stop in the Hot Springs area.

November 1, 2025 Deputy T. Harlow responded to Mountain Valley Road in Millboro for a vehicle that hit a deer.

November 1, 2025 Deputy T. Harlow conducted a traffic stop in the Warm Springs area. Sergeant C. Smith responded to assist.

November 1, 2025 Deputy T. Harlow responded to Klondike Drive for a possible breaking and entering.

Bath County emergency communications officers answered 213 incoming calls and made 103 outbound calls during this time.
