Bubbles, Bands & Brunch Returns with a Hawaiian Luau to Benefit MGCC Educational Foundation

CLIFTON FORGE, Va. (VR) — Aloha! Mountain Gateway Community College (MGCC) invites the community to escape to the islands at Bubbles, Bands & Brunch: Hawaiian Luau, on Sunday, September 28 from 12:30–3:00 p.m. at the Moomaw Center on the MGCC campus.

Proceeds from this festive afternoon will directly support the MGCC Educational Foundation, which funds scholarships, academic programs, and student success initiatives.

The Moomaw Center will be transformed into an island paradise, featuring:
 Catering by the Inn at Warm Springs
 Sparkling beverages to toast the occasion
 A silent auction with distinctive items and experiences from local businesses and community partners
 A raffle drawing for a luxury overnight stay at The Omni Homestead Resort

“Bubbles, Bands & Brunch is one of our most anticipated community events,” said Bruce Loving, Interim Executive Director of the MGCC Educational Foundation. “It’s a joyful way to bring people together while making a real difference in the lives of our students.”

Reservations are required, and seating is limited. Tickets are $65 and may be purchased by calling the MGCC Educational Foundation at 540-863-2835.
