COVINGTON, Va. (VR) – The Covington Middle School Cross Country team has been busy conditioning for the upcoming 2025 season. According to Coach Erin Bartley, students interested in being a part of the team need to try out by August 18th. All returning athletes will need to try out as well, please have an updated VHSL physical completed prior to attending. Practices are being held Monday-Thursday from 4-5:30 at Alleghany High school.
